What falls is the demon in the mind, not the one outside.
A self-inquiry game built on Journey to the West. Eighty-one trials, each of them a situation you are actually living through: endurance at work, the debt of feeling at home, the double bind of favours. It does not hand you an answer first — it holds up the mirror.
The main line runs end to end — trials, judgement, portrait. Not open to the public yet.
No personality types, no diagnosis. One thing only: point to where you stand in the web of relationships. The five mirrors are not five illnesses but five positions — and a person moves between them, which is why the portrait differs per person, per session, and has nothing to do with age.
Any single axis flattens a person into a label. The three cross to locate where someone actually stands.
Lianqi · Zhuji · Jindan · Yuanying · Huashen — how far along the road you are.
Greed · Wrath · Delusion · Pride · Doubt — which position holds you.
Have a path · seek it · walk it · awaken to it · arrive — where your sense of direction sits now.
Before someone above you, comparison runs upward: not good enough, so need more. Always chasing, never satisfied.
Before someone who negates you, hurt fires: why me, and blame turns outward. Anger and grievance both come from the victim position.
Alone, with no external verdict to orient by, reference points vanish: I do not know who I am. The quietest one, and the deepest.
Before someone below you, comparison runs downward, using superiority to cover unease.
Facing an uncertain future with no anchor, direction blurs and meaning dissolves in the swaying.
Eighty-one is not a level count but a promise of coverage: every trial maps to a real situation today. Clearing one does exactly two things — name a pattern you keep repeating, and hand you one thing you can take away.
Nothing stays on the surface. Starting from a concrete ache, it digs down to the belief that was written long ago, then cuts across to ask where that belief came from: family, authority, peers, or what the culture assumes.
